of registration fees, social events and excursions in EURO, should be made

Confirmation
of Registration
Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive
a written confirmation or e-mail of your registration.
Cancellation and Refunds,
Symposium Registration
The Conference Management must be notified in writing of cancellations on
or before 1 July 2005. Payment will be refunded after the symposium, minus
an
administration fee of 30%. For cancellations made after 1 July 2005, no
refund can be made.
“The Facial Palsies”
During the symposium, the book, “The Facial Palsies” will be issued.
The book is written by an international group of experts interested in facial
paralysis. This book contains multidisciplinary information concerning basics,
treatment (non-surgical, surgical, paramedical) and psychosocial aspects. A
copy of the book is included in the registration fee.
The organizing committee can highly recommend the book to all interested in the patient with facial paralysis. Extra copies will be available for the reduced price of approximately € 45,00 per book on the registration form and during the conference. “The Facial Palsies” will be available as of September 2005 (ISBN code: 90 5931 350 X).
