Cancellations and Refunds, Congress registration
The Conference Management must be notified in writing of cancellations on or
before 15 July 2005. Payment will be refunded after the congress, minus an
administration fee of 30%. For cancellations made after 15 July 2005, no refund
can be made.

Hotel Information
The congress secretariat has reserved rooms in a number of hotels in and around
Maastricht. To guarantee your accommodation requirements, you are urged to
submit your reservation request before 1 July 2005. After this date, availability
of accommodation can no longer be guaranteed. Hotel reservations can only be
made
for registered participants of the congress.
Abstract Submission
Abstracts can be submitted in due time online via this website.
Please pay careful attention to the instructions for submitting abstracts.
The final date for submission of abstracts is 1 May 2005.
